REITER Lamborghini Murcielago LP670 R-SV

The REITER Lamborghini Murciélago LP670 R-SV is a racing version of the Murciélago LP670 Super Veloce, which has been unveiled by Lamborghini at Geneva Autoshow 2009. Like its race predecessor the Murciélago R-GT, the LP670 R-SV has been modified by Reiter Engineering to comply with FIA regulations. The R-SV was mainly built to run in the FIA GT1 World Championship. The car was unveiled to the world’s adoring public during a FIA press conference at the 24h of Spa race in 2009.

The REITER Lamborghini Murciélago LP670 R-SVr was changed from four-wheel to rear-wheel drive, a unique suspension geometry was developed, equipped with a race gearbox (Holinger), optimized aerodynamically and fitted with a comprehensive telemetry and data-recording system. A lot of new engineering know-how and improvmenets comapred to Mrucielago R-GT has been implemented in this new GT1 race car of Lamborghini brand.

There are 4 cars existing. Two REITER Lamborghini Murciélago LP670 R-SV will be raced by team All-Inkl Team in FIA GT1 World Championship and two by REITER Engineering itself.
